Yes. The ATS sucks. Keywords must not be too much. It is a 2 seconds rule I was told last year. And yes, I kept seeing the same job vacancies. I sometimes think that they are playing with time to get their own network of people and use the platforms for some "doing it by the rules of fair recruitment" out there. Maybe I am wrong. God knows better.
