Why do you have to go to the American Embassy first? Do you have to apply for the Visa first before you can take a flight there?

Amazing to have a son who has a Master degree in America, while you are in India. Do you consider moving over to America with your family?

I wonder how it feels like as parent having grown up children to migrate overseas. Is it hard to let go? I am wishing and praying to marry someone overseas not in Indonesia or Malaysia or Singapore, but elsewhere further.
