The Muslims Sufi people have this sayings that if your heart is pure, you will have stronger intuition. And it does not just stop there. Whatever you imagine will easily manifest into reality.

It is as good as last night when I suddenly imagine my dad was going to be awake for the toilet, and he was about to fall down. I brushed away the imagination, only to hear my dad was making his way to the toilet. Goodness! I quickly got up from sleep and made my way to the kitchen ahead of him to stand by. I didn't want what I suddenly imagine to happen.

It is kind of the power of your mind versus not getting anxiety or panic attack unnecessarily. I understood how it is then that the mind could be good or evil.
