There's a big hint here. Just like I experienced meeting people who told me it's time to leave the family so that I can have my own life. Many people whom I met also told me the same thing, that they decided to move out from their family and due to that, they lived a better life as compared to having to take care of their parents till their last days. I find it true. And most of them are being hated for ditching their parents. I have 2 things on my mind.
Parents in the past generations wanted children just for cash flow reason once the children start working.
And...
There is always a child who is stuck with parents until it's time for them to die.
Sad life when birthing becomes a cash flow reason and the fear of having no children caring for their old age makes them clinch onto one, never let go.
I don't know. I may be wrong. But that's what I see mostly especially in the Asians family.
