People look at job satisfaction as ultimate catalyst of motivation or good spirit to go to work. In reality, it is how we use the money we earn that gives the satisfaction. I noticed how I wasted my money when I couldn't finish the food I bought, or simply forget about the food that it expired when I wanted to eat it. Then I see how I wasted my money that makes me poorer if I continue doing so as a habit.
