Lucia, recently I shared my thoughts and opinions to a colleague who frowned at the illogical task I was expected to do. I only shared my thoughts. But, she literally took it as a complain. And she began telling it to another 'friend' who happened to be someone working there too. And nor just working there, but very close to one of my seniors... So words went around saying I wasn't happy with the tasks I was given. I got upset. I learned not to chat with her a lot and purposely took off day on days she worked. So she had to work alone. And experienced it herself. A week later she confided to me her frustration abt the tasks I was given as she had to do it when I was not around. 😁 How the table turned around was indeed 'magical'... I said, "are you not complaining now? Or am I supposed to think that you're just sharing your opinions and thoughts while you judged me as complaining several weeks ago?" 😅
