It will be different if I were to write on fantasy or fiction stories. 30 days would be nothing to me then. However, if I were to write something that a research would be nice to follow with the flow, then the 30 days challenge only screw me up mentally, physically and spiritually.
I tried twice for the 30 days challenge and I did not publish all 30 days. I grew angry and frustrated instead. Not till I chose to turn up all 30 days although I kept articles in the draft by just attending to a paragraph.
Perhaps it all depends on what we intend to achieve by taking up the 30 days challenge. A 30 day of short forms with skimpy writings? Or 30 days with quality researched articles? Or just as long as we show up 30 days even by not publishing but typing a sentence.
I can resonate with your experience. Thank you for sharing this.
