I was a mentor in a primary school which consisted of children from abusive families. Listening to this, I roughly knew what you felt. I know that my words may not solve your issues immediately.

However, I just wanted to remind you of a verse that I held within my heart deeply after going through many narcissistic people around me.

"The hardest battle belongs to the strongest soldier" - Romans

Keep your spirit up, trust in the Lord Julia. Sing praises to Him and let Him know too. And trust Him also for a breakthrough. Faith move mountains, dear. Nothing is impossible with Him.

Write. Continue to write. There will always be others who will listen and keep you in prayers, whatever beliefs we all are from. *hugs from far*
