I tried Keto, intermittent fasting, and all sorts of advertised liquid form of protein like shakes etc. It didn't work. Partly because I couldn't get enough sleep caused weight fluctuation very fast. What I a doing now is cut away snacks, sugar, and sweets. I only allowed myself cheat day, once every two weeks for a slice of cake. I'll see how it help to adjust my diet gradually.
