I believe deeply that this question comes from relatives mostly for the Asians. It is like a taboo not to be in the rat race of being married by 21 or 25 and quickly getting pregnant. The uncles and aunties usually asked these questions yearly basis on Eid festive for me. To them, it is not offensive, but common. And they have no good relationship with each other among themselves so they tend to ask these questions to the children or nephews and nieces, and make themselves feel superior. Behind closed doors days later, my family started to quarrel about such issues.
