Honestly, each time I looked at the resume, it made me feel very low. I have no idea how to curate it from the beginning to make it relevant to job vacancies. But there is really a need to understand its function and features before we can really do a good one. I like resume with photos and colorful top banner shown in the Pexel free images. However, the industry in my country used a plain and systematic format. Sometimes, I feel that the resume is not the issue, but hiring managers do not really understand the function of resume. It can't tell everything about a person. It is brief, but I had seen a few interviews that said "there is nothing much from your resume". My cohort fellow members are facing a bit of this issue.
