…I was envying those who looked remarkable outside without knowing the turbulence inside them. Then, one day a marketing manager I thought so confident and cheerful started shedding tears caused by his internal turmoil, which he was hiding from the world. This was a useful lesson for me not to judge people from their external outlook.

He had been strong for too long that he broke down one day and you happened to witness it. It happened to me too. For a long time I had been pushing myself to get up and run the race each time I fell, and sometimes I broke down.
