Guilty. Hmm. I had achieved a weight loss of 6kg in 2 months recently. But right after my Fasting month I started consuming rice and more carbohydrates, I put on weight again! The only reason I have to burn those days and calories… to prevent sickness. I need to find a strong will to go out there and exercise. Spaghetti is OK. I cut down my portion. And totally cut off rice back then. Not even potatoes. But the moment kaç Donald’s French fries, my cravings started. 🏃♀️💨
