Great idea.
I hardly get good sleep overnight so it's a must for a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Otherwise, I'll get migraine headache. But I do notice that some days after my lunch hour break I need another cup of coffee risking night sleep. It's tricky. Especially when I'm working in F&B industry, my breaktime goes from 3-6pm... So at 530pm I'll need the coffee again. Likely I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.
Maybe today ill try make a cup of coffee at 3pm. Maybe pushing it backwards earlier will help me to sleep better at night. But thanks for the idea tho! 🤗
