Do take care. I know it is a simple word where everyone tells me the same. I suffered burn out just recently, finally I am down with Covid 19 positive. It is not a nice feeling but definitely I needed a break. So I am not as devastated as perhaps other patients would feel. It is a much needed break to have time for myself away from family.
And if you need to, do it. If you can't avoid then do adjust your lifestyle: what you eat and drink, sleeping hours and so on. Do not take more than what you can handle at the moment. One thing at a time, until you are better.
Perhaps it is also a test for the people around to stop pushing you, and for you to stop pushing yourself too hard. I am teaching myself to be 'bad' person by not entertaining everything that comes along my way.
So, Jani...please take care of what you eat, drink and your sleep. Those within your control, do it. :)
