Alberto, how do I look at it in a different way?

My colleagues and I who are part-time workers feel that we are only called for work by the company as and when they need us. Because right now the manpower for the full-timers has gotten high turnover rate where people keep resigning, they rely on us. We do not like feeling as commodity- only used when needed. We feel that once the full-time manpower stablized, we are either being told to leave or perhaps it doesnt matter if we do not want to work anymore.
